A bit of a late post – all sorts of out-of-whack with being on Pacific Time. But, I did want to share this shot from last year’s trip to Italy. It had just rained and that kept most of the tourists indoors. It bought me enough time to have these normally bustling paths pretty much to myself.

Wow...such a gorgeous street, the way it splits...I love stuff like this. Well seen, well shot.

Love that shot - I've found wet street/buildings often make better photos then dry. Fewer tourists, and something about reflections, saturation, depth with wet streets. Have to say Brian - it's not May 3rd yet. I still have a few hours of May 2nd work to do.. You guys in the east kill me - doing mid-day re-tweets while I'm having breakfast - lol :)

Can't believe you got this beautiful street to yourself - absolutely stunning colors and textures on this. Where in Italy was this taken?

The layout of the little streets and sidewalks in Europe are intricate. Great job capturing this one!

I'm always amazed at how close the streets and buildings are together. you show the space off awesomely to a dude that hasn't been across the pond.
